There are many nice aspects about this place. It’s very quiet as it is not located near the main road. Clean spacious rooms with small kitchen. Good bed. Nice bathroom. This is the best hotel we’ve been in Sri Lanka! The place is amazing, in the middle of nature with an amazing view from the pool and from the balcony. The room is also very nice, decorated with good taste and very clean. Even more we appreciated the staff in this hotel, all of them are very friendly and always ready to help with anything in the minute we ask for something. The food here is also great. We really loved our stay here and extended it for 4 more nights!

THE HOTEL IS SITUATED IN A SMALL VILLAGE, WHICH IS VERY FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING, AND IN NO TIME AT ALL FRIENDSHIPS WERE MADE WITH BOTH LOCALS AND OTHER TOURISTS. THE HOTEL HAS A STRONG SURF CULTURE AND POST SURF A GREAT PLACE TO HANG OUT AND CHAT WITH OTHER GUESTS. THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD, AND ON CERTAIN NIGHTS A THEMED MEAL IS A OPTION, WE CHOOSE THE TRADITIONAL SRI LANKEN MEAL, WHICH WAS AMAZING. We were there 4 nights during off season.

We were there 4 nights during off season. There is not much to do there in July. Especially with kids. Since the sea was to rough to swim in! Lots of wind and felt a bit like a ghost town to us. Every restaurant we went to we were the only ones! I think 2 nights would have been more than enough

Fortunately the place is not in the city of Wellgama which is bery busy, crowdy and noisy city. We resigned from spending more time in the city after 1h walk trying to find a nice area like caffees/restaurants or local small shops where you can buy some hand made staff etc.

This is by far the best hotel we stayed at in Sri Lanka. This hotel is just perfect. The location is unique, the beach is not crowded and the sunsets at the beach hut next by are breathtaking. Food is great, rooms are clean and all of them have a great view. Price-Quality= 10/10 And the best part is the amazing staff. Everyone, from the cleaning to restaurant staff was extremely professional and kind. Thank you for having us, you can be proud of this hotel :)

Breakfast was very good, both Sri Lankan and European foods were served. Room was very clean spacious with a fantastic view of the ocean. The hotel pool where drinks and snacks were available was very relaxing. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. The hotel grounds merged down to the beach and the warm ocean.
