It is a really comfortable and well-equipped house in the jungle with singing birds outside, not so far from the road. It's cool and chill place with comfortable bed and pillows. The owner is very kind man, his sister is the best! They delivered us local food from the restaurant and we didn't have to go out, so nice! They did their best for our good rest! Thank you!

One of our favourite places in Sri Lanka. On the road to Kandy lies a perfect little place with great facilities. The food is amazing (we also got some extra, fresh jackfruit during the afternoon), the staff is very friendly, the bed is great, shower lovely, the Wifi quick, communication swift, and it's affordable. This boutique hotel has an amazing history, it used to be a private residence 100 years ago. Most of the flooring tiles are original, the place has been beautifully restored, the rooms are incredible and very cozy, their beds are comfortable. I don't want to give away the story behind the beauty of this building but do stay there and ask them for a little tour around. It's absolutely fantastic.
