We had the pleasure of staying at the Serenity Boutique Hotel in Unawatuna, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. The hotel is located in a stunningly beautiful location, surrounded by lush greenery and stunning views. If you're looking for a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, this is the perfect place to be. One of the things that really stood out to me during my stay at the Serenity Boutique Hotel was the exceptional staff. They were some of the best I've ever encountered in my travels, going above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met. Especially after an unfortunate incident that happened to me, the owner made sure that everything was handled well, which I highly appreciate! Despite being a bit outside the main town of Unawatuna, I found this to be a real benefit. It provided a tranquil retreat away from the noise and crowds, allowing us to relax and unwind completely. That said, it's still close enough to the town that you can easily access all of the local attractions and restaurants. All in all, I would definitely recommend the Serenity Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating vacation. The stunning location, exceptional staff, and peaceful atmosphere make it the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or on your own, this is definitely a destination worth considering.

I was working in the hotel using video calls - Comfortable rooms with large bath, air conditioner and balcony - Everyday they clean up the room, change the bedclothes and towels and make figures from them and put bottles with drinking water for free - In the bathroom there are all necessary things such as shampoo, gel, toothpaste with toothbrush, bathrobes, etc - They also provide you beach stuff such as hats, beach towels and basket for free - Great location! It is near to the beach, near to the main road with cafes and restaurants and the same time it is far from the noisy places - Staff is really attentive, helpful and friendly This hotel should have 5 stars! Its a fantastic place, just at the beach and well planned hotel, pools, beach, restaurants, bars, lobbys are equally catering to customer service points. We had our best hotel experience at Araliya Unawatuna. Even met the owner and had a generous chat during breakfast which is so touching and personalized service standard I believe. Easy to visit Galle Fort, just a walk to the golden sandy beaches. Staff from top management to the ground staff is well trained to give excellent customer care. We specially thanking to our 7th flour room service staff who simply helped us in technical support, bars and restaurant staff and Nethmi & Dakshika and all wonderful reception staff memebers.

Small village with the best Ocean I've ever seen/feel. Only Ocean is enough for me to spent here a month. And nothing to do without Ocean. The rests are good, but not exceptional, no museums or viewpoints, a few attractions maybe wildlife nature, but not more.

Wonderful beach.

Wonderful beach. Unawatuna is tropical bliss: golden crescent beach, clear snorkeling waters, and a relaxed vibe. The beachfront villa was stylish, spotless, with ocean-view balconies and perfect sunrise views. Prime location—steps to the shore, near cafes and jungle paths, yet peaceful. Flawless in every way.

we stayed here at the end of September so the sea was not as...

we stayed here at the end of September so the sea was not as calm as it would normally be (or so the locals told us) but you could still go into the sea but maybe not for too long. We enjoyed ambling around the town and going into Gaul more. We used the pool at our hotel more than the beach here.

All sea view rooms and the room we stayed in was very spacious . A few minutes walk to jungle beach. The staff was friendly and even made arrangements to get our meals sorted. There is a kitchen and if we bring the raw materials we can even cook on our own , just need to pay them for the space we use. Over all I enjoyed unwatuna because it was conveniently located too.

Great place to go we stayed three nights I would stay less. Slightly more expensive than Mirrisa and the tourist are mainly Russian. Turtle beach is great. Recommend as best place to see turtles for free .

The room was amazingly spacious and the decor was so well considered and stylish. The view was beautiful over the jungle, especially in the mornings and the (shy) monkey visitors were a real treat. The Sri Lankan breakfast was absolutely delicious! We didn't make it to the pool but the view of it from our balcony looked lovely! The hotel is located up a hill but tuk tuks have no problem accessing. The staff were great and we thought the location was perfect, can walk to the beach, bars and restaurants easily Great value for money.

Had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Era Beach Hotel with my family. Great place to relax overlooking the gorgeous sea view. Situated in a convenient location & serene environment. We stayed in suite with sea view and loved the beautiful view from the balcony. Rooms were spacious and well cleaned. Hotel staff were very friendly & attentive. Loved the delicious Sri Lankan breakfast. Thank you Mr. Nalaka & team for the hospitality. Looking forward to another stay at Era Beach Hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Sayura Hotel in Galle! The rooms were comfortable and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The view over the rocky beach with coconut trees is what you imagined about Sri Lanka. A special mention to Tharusha at the reception, who was exceptionally kind, always smiling, and went out of his way to make us feel at home. His hospitality made our experience memorable.

The location of the hotel is incredible! The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful..... Seriously you can have your breakfast on the beachfront and then walk 15 minutes to feed and swim with sea turtles. Then jump in a tuk tuk and 5 minutes later you are at Unawatuna beach and strip for shopping, drinks and food.
