Very nice location which does not feel like nearby the airport. Owners very helpful and accommodating, prepared unrequested lunch for our daughter, brought ice cream in the evening. Breakfast was arranged early in the morning when in standard hotel you would not get any (4:30 am). Also they performed our transfer to airport. Peaceful place to rest before the flight.

The staff is extremely hospitable and always willing to help. The pool is clean, and the garden is very beautiful. There is also a large aquarium which looks impressive. In the room, we had a mosquito repellent device, and we could shower with the door open because it was protected with a mosquito net. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

Highly recommended! A simple “thank you” is truly not enough. The room was very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful. We even got a free airport pickup. Everything was complimentary 😄 Water, breakfast, airport pickup and drop-off — all included. We were also traveling to another country besides Sri Lanka and needed to leave 3 bags because of the weight limit. They were incredibly cooperative and agreed immediately, and when we returned, we found our bags exactly as we left them. Honestly, thank you so much — this definitely won’t be our last time with Airport A4 Transit Hub. If you are seeking a cozy, clean place with a very helpful team and close to Bandaranaike Airport, it is highly recommended.

Perfect accommodation in a peaceful place outside of touristic spots, that's why you cant find any fruit shops and sunbaths on a nearest beaches. Ayana Beach Boutique met my expectation of cleanliness and comfort from the room to the beach. I brought my own food as I have dietary restrictions and also my herbal medicines. The room didn’t have fridge but they let me put my things in their fridge. They brought to my room and reminded me of my medicine so I can take it on time. They also offered a plate and cutlery for my food. They’ve been nice, polite and very helpful in so many ways. The place is quiet and so serene that you can totally relax and disconnect on a budget. Beautiful view of the sunset and the sea, lovely sound of the waves and fresh air…I will definitely go back when I get the chance.

Cosy charming place close to the airport, perfect to settle...

Cosy charming place close to the airport, perfect to settle down after arrival or before departure. Hosts are lovely people who take care of everything and cook nice dinners. The pool is set in a lovely green garden, next to the river. It's quiet and comfy! You can easily visit Colombo from here. We would stay here again anytime!
