My family and I, a group of seven from Canada, recently had the pleasure of staying at Houseboats by DAE in Bolgoda, and it was an experience we won't soon forget. The houseboat we stayed on offered the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The rooms were not only spacious but also beautifully designed, making our stay incredibly relaxing. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the food. Every meal was a culinary delight, with dishes that catered perfectly to our taste buds. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and flavor of the food consistently impressed us. During our stay, we enjoyed two cruises each day through the picturesque Bolgoda waterways. The early morning cruise was particularly breathtaking as we were greeted by the serene beauty of nature waking up. We spotted numerous birds and even got a glimpse of the stunning sunrise. The sunset cruise, on the other hand, provided a different yet equally mesmerizing experience as we sailed through the calm waters with the sky painted in shades of orange and pink. The entire experience was beyond our expectations, and if given the chance, we would gladly stay here 100 times over. Houseboats by DAE in Bolgoda is a gem, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable stay

At the time of our stay they were building a descent size pool. It would be nice once finished. Private and quite area. Acess to motorways to go down south or Kandy side was easy from nearest town of Piliyandala.

It was very convenient for a visit we had planned in Kesbewa. We found it very peaceful, safe & secure. Our hosts where delightful, very friendly & helpful. We found the welcoming drink very refreshing, the breakfast was delicious especially the fresh papaya & mango from the owners garden, and we enjoyed tasting the sri Lankan food.

The facilities were clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and willing to offer assistance. The hotel is also within an easy walk of the beach, which allowed our group to go for a refreshing early morning swim. Overall, would highly recommend!

We loved everything about this amazing place. From the minute we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The room was incredible, the bed so comfortable. The amenities were awesome. The breakfast was so amazing after a great night's sleep. What an introduction to Sri Lanka. We highly recommend the Coza Ceylon.

Gorgeous little boutique hotel tucked away and so private. Easy walking distance to the beach, train station and to Galle road. I love Mount Lavinia for being so close to Colombo to explore but much quieter and more peaceful. The staff working there could not have been more helpful, they made us feel so welcome and were so accommodating. It’s a truly beautiful property. The breakfast was superb. Having lived in Colombo many years ago it was so wonderful to be back, to reminisce and have wonderful egg hoppers again! I’d highly recommend staying here if you want to escape the bustle of the city as you can easily jump in a tuk tuk and be in the centre in 30 mins yet can return to the peace and quiet.
