We arrived in Sri Lanka very early in the morning (around 2 am), and although there was some confusion with our booking—likely due to booking.com not notifying the hotel about our late-night arrival—the staff handled the situation with exceptional kindness. The team who received us were incredibly understanding and made us feel safe and welcome despite the hour. They quickly arranged a room for us and ensured we were comfortable. Their hospitality really stood out and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. We truly appreciated their accommodating and friendly approach.

The bed was super comfortable. The balcony was nice and private. Close location to the hospital. Bathroom was clean and had hot water. Room service was efficient and reasonably priced. Staff were warm and welcoming. Elevator was an added bonus to get to the upper floors. Provided extra amenities on request with no issues.

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The hosts are super kind and lovely people. They greeted us with a drink, helped carry our backpacks, ordered food for us and prepared a delicious breakfast. Additionally, they arranged transportation to our next destination. The place is very clean as well. If we are in the area again, we will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is very nice, clean, and comfortable — the rooms are spotless and the air conditioner is perfectly cold. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with modern appliances, which made our stay even more convenient. It’s a perfect place for families, and we stayed for a week very comfortably. The owner is super friendly and helpful, and the price is very reasonable. The location is also great, very close to town. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing two-day stay at the villa in Holidays Home, Ragama, Sri Lanka. The villa was impeccably clean and offered a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive, always available within minutes to assist with any needs. The homemade Sri Lankan food provided was absolutely delicious, adding a special touch to the experience. I truly enjoyed my time there and would love to return for my next vacation.
