We chose Ansi Villa for its proximity to Nanu Oya station and it exceeded our expectations in service and quality. The rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable. Above all the family are kind and hospitable. They had messaged me about train station pick up but due to bad connection I hadn't got the message. The gentleman of the guesthouse came looking for us in his van anyway, and thankfully found us. When we arrived we were greeted with welcome tea and cake. Even their little boy is so hospitable and sweet. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. I highly recommend Ansi Villa and will certainly stay again if I am back in Nanu Oya.

The staff is nice, I do not remember the name but the girl was so nice to the guest, she offered us coffee with ginger cookies several times for free. It was the first time we had nice service like that, The boy was also very friendly. The food is awesome, the best dinner and breakfast we had during our stay in Sri Lanka.

Had a very good time in Cottage San francesco. Without a doubt the best stay of our Sri Lanka trip. Special thanks to the Asitha and his team who made the stay memorable. A big shout out to Sandishkar who was available for every request. The rooms were spacious and clean. The property is well maintained with a fantastic view of the valley. The breakfast was excellent with a wide spread. We also had dinner which was freshly prepared and served. Overall a very serene, peaceful stay. Would highly recommend this stay if you visit Nuwara Eliya. Excellent property, Great food! Great Service and Fantastic people! All the best!

Honestly, this was the best accomodation I've been in Srí Lanka. Not because of luxury things or other stuff, but because of the family, the owners. It's near to the jungle, absolutely calmy in the night, little bit cooler so good for sleeping. Owners welcomed me with a pot of the. I could even use their kitchen for preparing my breakfast. Roshan helped me with everything. Room was very clean, nice bed. Thank you Roshan for your service! I definitely recommend this and definitely come back when I'll come back to Nuwara Eliya.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Croft Cottage! The property is a stunning British-style 3-storey villa, beautifully designed and immaculately maintained. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Taranga, the housekeeper, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable in every way. His attention to detail, hospitality, and genuine care made the experience exceptional — he truly elevated our time here. Overall, Croft Cottage is the perfect blend of charm, comfort, and luxury. Highly recommended, and we would absolutely love to return!
