I liked many things about Nuga Retreat. First of all, the beautiful, natural surroundings with mountain views created a unique atmosphere of peace and relaxation. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, providing convenience, and the outdoor pool was a great place to unwind. I also really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who truly made an effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The location is slightly away from town but easily accessible by walking or tuk-tuk. the views from our hotel room were stunning! The property itself has a lot to offer, with two different restaurants and a beautiful garden at the top of the hill where it is situated. The staff were incredibly nice, and the breakfast was exceptional. We opted for a massage at the wellness center, and it was a 10/10! The ladies there are lovely and highly skilled. I highly recommend getting a treatment—it’s the perfect cherry on top

This was the most complete and well done room on our trip to Sri Lanka. The staff was very professional and sweet! They set us up with an amazing guy called Chandi. He showed us around all of Nuwara Eliya for a very fair price. We also ate at a restaurant recommended by the host and that was also very delicious. We will definitely recommend.

The house and the views on tea plantation are wonderful, the furniture and the decor are incredibly authentic! Everything is very clean and the place is comfortable. We appreciated the chance to chill and relax in the living room with a cup of tea kindly offered by the staff. The whole staff (from the manager to the chef) are extremely friendly and kind, they spolied us with free tea, coffee and delicious meals. I would definitely recommend staying there if you are going to visit nuwara Eliya area.
