outstanding staff!!! Every single one (from reception, to kitchen and housekeeping) was soo friendly and attentive. THANK YOU again. Food was AMAZING<3 The Beach was cleaned every morning and sunbeds and chairs were provided. Water just super nice and clear. Waking up to the sunrise behind the panorama window.. priceless! The property is just a few steps from the sea. Perfect location. It also has the supermarket just a few meters away. As for the staff, they were just loving. Extremely kind and helpful for any needs. Consider that there is also a central room where you can use the dishes and where you can eat independently. I highly recommend!

This place is incredible, it's such a great price and I don't think you could get anywhere closer to a sandy white beach and beautiful clear water. The rooms are super clean and modern and actually better than the photos, and the view is perfect! Breakfast is such a beautiful home cooked meal with fresh juice and amazing smiley service 😁 Rooms also come with a kettle and cups to make your own tea and coffee which is super handy, as well as a shared fridge and water refill station. This is the best place I've stayed in Sri Lanka and super affordable, don't know how anyone could complain! Great work 👍👍👍

Ram, the manager is friendly, helpful, & kind, good English, he is very attentive, caring. Location is fantastic, lovely shared terrace, beach front, lovely beach, swimming, snorkeling about 500m away, interesting neighbourhood, some lovely old houses remain, close to Trincomalee town, we're coming back in a couple of weeks.

My stay was wonderfull, I enjoyed it so much. All the staff are wonderfull, very funny, smiling boys always ready to help. I stayed 3 night and they really took care of me, i got food and good recommendations about Trincomalee. As a woman solotraveller I felt very safe there. Diving with them was also amazing experience, definitely would recommend. Room was small and very cosy. Everything what I needed was there. It was kinda far away from all the turistic places but that was exactly what I was looking for. The house had a back entrance so you could go straight to the beach whenever you wanted to swim, watch sunset or just chill. Thank you for great time:))
