Beautiful colonial house, very large rooms and bathrooms, excellent food for dining and breakfasts, large garden with beautiful swimming and nice spa. Staff is extremely friendly and professional and helpful. Everything was perfect!

We had 2 nights before our flight. Not the right season for the local beach, they were beautiful down south. We enjoyed our Negombo cooking class. Was a lot of preparing the food and even better when it came to eat it

Katunayake is a convenient location for travelers, especially those flying in or out of Bandaranaike International Airport. It’s a busy area with easy access to transportation and essential services, making it ideal for short stays before or after a flight. I stayed at Hello Airport Hotel during my time in Katunayake, and it was a great choice. The hotel is just a few minutes from the airport, which made it perfect for my early morning departure. The location couldn’t be better for transit passengers. The check-in was smooth, the staff were polite, and the room was clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for a no-fuss, convenient stop near the airport, I’d definitely recommend Hello Airport Hotel.

We stayed here overnight after travelling around Sri Lanka. We did not expect the warmth and kindness we received. The room was very cheap, yet large, clean and the proprietor even gave us lifts locally to the shops etc.

I arrived too early BUT, as a result, had a GREAT pedicure and head/neck massage, about an hour in all. Perfect preparation for a 10.5 hour flight to London. Recommended go early snd indulge yourself.

Great view from the balcony, the outside area is incredible. I would have like to investigate the grounds more, such an attractive building! And in an interesting area, bus stops right along the main road (about 5 min walk). The rooms are basic and could be cleaner. The ensuite bathroom was a little smelly. Wifi worked really well. The staff are very attentive, friendly and helpful. We received a free bottle of water on arrival. Breakfast is available at an extra charge. The directions to the hotel aren't clear, the tuk tuk driver needed to phone multiple times, very kindly a staff member came to the entranceway to signal for us.

Located perfectly for access to the the airport (5-10 min taxi), the hotel had clean and comfortable rooms with good quality air conditioning system. The staff were very friendly and helpful, welcoming us with a glass of juice and happy to let us checkout a little later than anticipated. There was also a restaurant on the grounds with lovely food for a very decent price. Definitely considering coming back before our next flight!

A well-managed hotel with excellent organization and cleanliness. Located in a quiet area, it's compact and conveniently close to the airport, with nearby markets. The staff were exceptionally helpful and easy to contact. Overall, it was an ideal place to stay near the airport, especially thanks to the transportation service provided by the accommodation. The Oreeka hotel has clean and really comfy beds in spacious rooms with a little fridge. It also features a rather large pool on the park-like hotel grounds. Beautiful trees. And there is a free shuttle service that will take you to Colombo airport in 15 min. All things considered, it is good value for the money.
