Our room was fantastic. We had a living room area with a big TV and good English channels. There is a large fridge to keep your drinks and snacks cold. A table with 2 chairs for sitting at if working or to use for making coffee or tea with the kettle and mugs provided. A separate bedroom with a large king bed was super comfortable. The mattress was not too hard and the linen was pure cotton. A light duvet is perfect for the temperature. The pillows were 2 per person, 1 king and 1 normal and also so comfortable. We had a good-sized cupboard to hang our clothes, a safe, and an ironing board. The bathroom was en-suite with a good, hot shower, toilet, and basin. The bedroom opened up onto a backyard patio with comfortable benches to sit on if you wanted to be outside but still at your room. The aircon in both the living room and bedroom worked perfectly. They also provide a large umbrella for your use. The swimming pool is lovely, with deck chairs, soft cushions, and shade provided. They also give you swimming pool towels. There is a good-sized gym which we did not use but it looked fully stocked with all the necessary equipment. We ordered room service a few times and the service and food were very good. The actual dining room is fantastic and we enjoyed an evening feasting on a Sri Lankan buffet with loads of different dishes. The staff were all amazing and so helpful. We were able to park our car on the premises where a full-time guard is stationed. They even washed the car for us. It was sad to say goodbye but we loved our stay here in Jaffna.

The caretakers Thaksi and Ranjit make you feel at home (caution: they literally become part of your family if you stay long 😂). Location is good. Room is very clean .my room cleaning boy (nishanth) is doing his jobb very will. Breakfast is very very good. Restaurant employees are caring us when we entered to the restaurant. We stayed is a large, cool and beautifully clean room. Bed comfortable and sheets soft. Great to come back to a big cool shower after the hot walks aground Jaffna. Easy to find and well located. Neighbour has a Tuk Tuk so lifts can be arranged or PickMe works well.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect just a short walk to the town center, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. It offers the best of both worlds: convenience and tranquility. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality really stood out and made the stay even more enjoyable. In terms of value for money, it’s outstanding. The experience was honestly better than many of the top rated hotels in town, both in comfort and service. Would definitely recommend and return!
