⭐ (10/10) Fetnale Retreat was simply unforgettable. Set in the mountains and jungle, it had the most breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. The service was the best we have ever experienced in any hotel, the food was exceptional, and the rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and perfectly maintained. Our guided walk to the waterfall was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Every detail was flawless—this is why it’s a perfect 10 from us.

Serenity Villa is amazing. The people will do anything they can to help, despite the language barrier. They were so helpful, friendly, attentive, kind and happy. They even helped to arrange a private Ayurvedic massage for my wife and I last the house. The property is nicely laid out, the garden well maintained and the food is fantastic (the owner is an experienced chef who worked in 5-star hotels for 20 years). We really enjoyed our stay at Serenity and if/when we come back to this part of the world, will eagerly stay here again. Highly recommend.

Rajiva was an excelllent host and guid. We spent here magnificent three days. The surrounding tea plantations and mountains have amazing views. The area is very authentic without many tourists, but with friendly local people, beautiful nature and lot of wild birds. The accommodation is very comfortable, beds as well. The balcony view is the best, we loved good breakfast with this view. The owner arranged for us transport to the next destination. Once again, thanks a lot Rajiva.

Our stay here was truly special. The place itself is incredible, surrounded by nature with amazing views and a unique, non-touristic location. We especially want to thank Wasantha, who was not only our main contact but also helped us a lot — always with respect and great empathy. He really made our stay one of the best experiences we’ve had, preparing us a delicious breakfast and arranging trekking options. Since you are in nature, you might come across some ants, but that’s completely normal — once you notice them they quickly disappear, and they never bothered us. 😬😬 The access is along a very local road, so I recommend arranging in advance with a driver for both arrival and departure. Many thanks to the whole team for the smooth organization through Booking, and to Wasantha and his colleague on site for their kindness and hospitality.
