Super friendly owner. She takes care of everything(arranged transport there and away with her, safari and she is also a Great Chef) We arranged a wonderful safari to bundala national park with her. We saw many birds, crocodiles, tortoise, elephants. The driver and guide was very nice. The family room is spacious and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Thanks a lot! And kind regards to everyone in the team ( all very friendly) and her lovely sons. My girls are enjoined playing with the 6 year old and loved the baby!

Our stay at Bundala Ruhunumaya Green Villa was truly enjoyable. The surroundings were calm and green, making it a perfect place to relax. The villa was well maintained, very clean, and comfortable. The hosts were warm, caring, and always ready to help. The meals were a highlight-fresh, flavorful, and authentically Sri Lankan, with something new to enjoy each morning. Overall, it was excellent value for money and a place we would happily recommend to anyone visiting the area.💚✨

Staying at the House of Freedom was a little adventure. the room is small but nice, Isubu is a great host (if you stay here, ask him what there is to do, he knows so much about the area and "has a guy" for almost anything) If you want a luxury stay and accomodation, you are at the wrong place. If you are fine with open air shower, basic toilet and no AC, this is a place for you. There are all kinds of animals around the house, apparently Elefants visit too. Isubu gave us a Bird-watching-walking tour in the morning before our departure which is truely the cherry on top of it all.

This room is clean, spacious, and equipped with air conditioning. Nestled in a small garden, it features a lovely veranda in front and an observation deck on top. The host, Ravindu, is incredibly kind and welcoming. Ravindu prepared a delicious traditional breakfast for us. Conveniently located across from Bundala National Park, the guesthouse offers stunning views of the expansive lagoon from the observation deck.

We stayed here in February, the resort is very new, they opened in December. The tents are very comfortable with air conditioning, a good bed, and other facilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I don’t recommend Peacock Beach Resort because my experience is so bad treble staff and they don’t care the visitors they at least not gave us drinking water after so many requests TV snd a/c didn’t work 😥😥😥😥😥

It is basically a fishing town and industrial zone with the new Port famous for maritime transshipment of cargo to other parts of the world. Main attraction is the Shangri-La Hotel and pristine 18 hole golf course whcih I rate best in Sri Lanka.
