Everything was perfect. The host was very friendly and helpful, the room was nice and clean, there is free water even bikes you rent e.g. to go and see the temples.

I don't know where to start. The bungalow we had was meticulously clean, comfortable and tastefully designed. It is set in a wonderfully cared garden with all kind of trees, where you can see a lot of birds and other animals, incl. giant squirrel, gray hornbills. Breakfast and dinner were delicious with local specialties. We also joined the cooking class and learned a lot of dishes from the owner of the accommodation. The owner is a very charismatic and open hearted lady, who had many tips and information and was organising all our tours and answering to all our requests in a very friendly manner and immediate action. She is very hands on, kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time staying there and will for sure come back again. We recommend this accommodation from the bottom of our hearts. It was the best experience in Sri Lanka so far. බෝහම ස්තුති

The host and is family are incredibly kind, welcoming, gentle and helpful ! Very peaceful place, quiet ! Bedroom is very comfy, super bathroom with a lot of water pression They welcomed us with a tea and homemade biscuits ! And he helped us a lot and gave us a lot of advice We rent bicycle to go around it was super easy !

First: huge room as you see it , bed big and comfy, all you need is there. In addition the setting is perfect, far from main roads, it is quiet, no car noise, no pollution, immerse in a garden with Coco and banana plants, you wake up with birds singing. there are even the srilanka squirrels! Not sure the name.. Archeological park is far from town and huge, therefore you need a mean of transport anyway... But the most important thing were Ishani and her family. i was booking places for our holiday, when I saw this place and I decided that I was going to book all places run by local families, in order to know them more, the culture, the food. Also I know that srilanka people are very nice and I think they deserve to be known and to be rewarded directly. But I couldn't imagine we were going to feel so well here! They are all so incredibly nice. We had srilanka breakfast and dinner for the 3days prepared by them, great! I suggested them to set cooking classes! The big surprise was that they speak also Italian! So we chat in English and Italian! Leaving this morning was not easy, we felt at home. And I really wishto see them again. For sure we'll keep in touch. I don't think it'll be possible to match this great welcoming place during this trip.

Extremely friendly personnel, magnificent location at the water side, which makes diner and breakfast so much more enjoyable! Rooms are well equiped and large, very good beds and shower. Swimming pool with heated water feels good after a day of temple visiting. Arrange your guide (Lalith) via the hotel. Food is delicious and fresh at very good prices.

I cannot fault this property at all, the facilities were lovely and clean. What really made our stay amazing was the staff! The host Hetti went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. He helped us book our bus for onward travel and even made sure we got onto our bus safely. The hotel and rooms were extremely clean and spacious. The food was very tasty and the staff were very generous with the food portions. So it is great value for money. Some of the best food we have tried in Sri Lanka. Located in a quiet and peaceful location we were able to relax and unwind after long travels. Good quality showers and hot water.
