Everything was great! Sanku & his wife and familiy are super lovely and helpfull. They organized a scooter for us as well for a good price! Sanku could give you surf lessons as well. The house and room are very clean and well kept! Location is very good aswell within walking distance of hiriketiya beach. As a bonus right now they have 2 puppies! I would highly recommend this place!

It was so far the best accommodation we had in Sri Lanka! The apartment itself was really clean, well functioning AC, bed comfortable and spacious room with shelves and racks. Nice terrace to chill and sometimes to watch the monkeys (be aware that they might come really close and to leave no valuable stuff outside as they like to play with it / steal it). The host was really friendly, organized some things for us and was always reachable. The location is perfect as it really quiet (only sounds from animals) but everything is reachable by foot within 5-15 min. Good Restaurants (lemongrass) and cafes (bunch, pranaya) are even closer.

Our stay at Dickwella Resort and Spa was the highlight of our visit to the south of Sri Lanka. The location, food, staff, and service were above and beyond our expectations. We made the choice of having breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and I would highly recommend anyone else to do the same. The food is some of the best anywhere in Sri Lanka, especially the fish made in various ways. The stay was made extra special by the attentive and friendly staff and they took every effort to provide us with the best service. Big thanks goes out to all the staff in the reception, restaurant, pool, housekeeping, and maintenance. We look forward to our next stay with you.

4 minutes walk to the shortcut to Dikwella beach. Central location but quiet. Room was spacious and pleasant. The kitchen facilities are simple but clean and really great to have if you want to make your own breakfast like we did or even just grab a takeaway from somewhere close by and have a place to sit and eat, heat things up etc Chamila the host went out of his way to assist with anything! He was very helpful and always with a smile 🙏 Great value for money. We stayed 8 nights and were thrilled with our choice!

The location is perfect as it’s between Hiriketiya and Dikwella beach. Everything is within walking distance. The room is also spacious with a massive bed and a large new bathroom. The aunt lives next door and she’s the sweetest lady. She offered me tea one evening with cookies and bananas and is always smiling and waving at me when I set off for the day. I highly recommend Nanda Homestay. I’ll be booking this accomodation again when I’m back in Hiriketiya.

We had a perfect few days here, so much so that we came back for an extra 3 nights! The location is a short walk from both Hiriketiya beach and the Main Street which leads to Dikwella, and is nearby other restaurants and hotels. The room was clean and had a lovely view - the only thing we were missing was hot water (but this wasn’t a problem if the weather was warm enough!) The host lady was lovely and went above and beyond for us. Many thanks!

Our stay at Solace villa was exceptional! The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. Great location and calm environment.easy to get in and out of the dikwella city. Close to the Hiriketiya beach. Wonderful! Friendly staff. I will visit here with my friends next year vacation!!!
