It was really a pleasure to be here,it was the cleanest and most comfortable stay in our 3 weeks journey on European standards. The young couple is super friendly and helpful. In the evening we enjoyed quite sitting at the terrace in the middle of the jungle. Just don't forget to have mosquito spray.Thank you guys again!

I was there for 3 nights, it was thoroughly impressed! The property beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything a guest could need. The rooms are spotless, stylish, and very comfortable—clearly a lot of care has gone into every detail. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming with king coconut, going above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. Though the guest house is new, everything ran smoothly and professionally. Every dish was full of flavor and clearly made with care with sri lankan spices & Herbs The ingredients were fresh, the presentation was inviting, and the taste—simply amazing. Every breakfast had organic juice, A great spot for anyone who loves good food. Highly recommended The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, and the location is convenient for exploring the surrounding area. There are spices plantation Whether you're staying for leisure, this place is a fantastic choice This place offers a perfect blend of beauty, comfort, and memorable experiences. Great place! The room was comfortable and spacious. The checking-in process is a very quick and warm welcome with delicious juice. The villa is run by a nice family, and they are always helpful & friendly. Breakfast was really great. 10minutes walking distance to the Dambulla Cave temple & the golden temple. Safe & lovely place to stay. Highly recommended for budget stay. Thankyou for such a great stay!

I stumbled upon Moi Dambulla by DBI quite randomly, and I’m so glad I did! The photos honestly don’t do justice to how charming and spacious the place really is. The Deluxe Rooms are massive, with big balconies and roomy bathrooms — perfect for stretching out and relaxing. The highlight? The Moi Wattiya breakfast — beautifully arranged and absolutely delicious. Every morning, I was greeted by monkeys swinging through the trees, which added a fun and wild touch to the stay. If you're a nature lover, you'll love the setting! The team is made up of warm, friendly locals who go out of their way to help and share amazing recommendations about the area. Their hospitality made such an impression that I ended up continuing my journey with Moi Hotels — staying at Moi Ella and Moi Galle Fort afterwards. Highly recommend if you're looking for something spacious, peaceful, and rooted in local charm.

We chose not to climb Sigiriya (having just recovered from...

We chose not to climb Sigiriya (having just recovered from Adam's Peak!) but instead chose the much shorter Pidurangala which afforded a fabulous view of Sigiriya. Highly recommended. A visit to the Bawa hotel, Heritance Kandalama, is well worth it as an insight into the brilliant architectural mind of Geoffrey Bawa.

Dambulla is an excellent base for exploring Kandy, Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa and Sigiriya. We stayed there for 4 Nights and could cover the heritage sites easily. Dambulla Caves are a must-see and so is Sigiriya (just 16 Kms. away). Anuradhapura and Polonnaruwa are around an hours drive but Dambulla is much well-connected and less touristy.

I loved everything they have amazing vibe, nothing was to much trouble . All staff kind and helpful. Dambulla is quiet but has local shops, cafes Pizza Hut, great small restaurant a few miles from Evergreen serving very good food. It's run by the people who run Evergreen. So recommended by me.. Anything you want to do or go and see will be arranged for you Tuk Tuk guy is a staff member . If you need car/driver it will be arranged.

This place located in the calm and picturesque part of Dambulla, but close to two main sightseens of the town. The territory is very green and clean and the room was also very cosy and nice. Food was very delicious: every morning it was very interesting to try new dishes of local cuisine, dinners was also really good! But of course the main gem of this place is the family that runs the hotel: they are very friendly, surround you with an atmosphere of care and are ready to help in anything.

Great hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff who provide many options for tours around Dambulla. They organised a Tuktuk for a trip to Pidurangala to climb the rock for sunrise over Sigiriya. Our driver Sunny was excellent, he took the time to stop off at beautiful view points on the way back and was very knowledgeable about the local area… a great tour! Good breakfast, clean rooms, we would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice stay at Sun&Green with Gayani. The place needs a little improvements and refreshments but we had a nice time with the swimming pool, settled into a lovely evergreen and flowery garden. Big shady terrace to enjoy. We didn't know at the time but Gayani offers tasty sri lankan food if you ask her. Good location if you want to visit Dambulla, Sigiriya and around. (main road but outside center town)

The best member of staff Sugar was awesome, he was willing to help us with everything and always smiling :) we really appreciated him to be there for us. Location of the hotel is great, even though it is situated in centre of Dambulla, the place is calm and quite with lots of trees and palms around pool. Deluxe King room was very comfortable and had fridge.

Excellent hospitality provided by host and felt good and excellent staff and one of the best place to stay in Dambulla. Swimming pool was refreshing, and rooms were superb.
