One of the best stays of our 2 month trip in Sri Lanka! Best value for money. The room was spacious and clean, great shower with hot water, and breakfast could be enjoyed on the little veranda every morning. The bed was sooooo comfortable!! Location is a bit out of town which for us was ideal, since we enjoy going on walks and exploring our surroundings. The hosts were incredibly nice and attentive, and helped us to rent a scooter, and took us in and out of town when we needed. Sigiriya was just a short ~30min scooter ride away, Dambulla cave temple is just around the corner. For us this was the perfect end to our trip in Sri Lanka, thank you!!

Stay was wholesome. Rooms were good and clean and spacious as well. Staffs were polite and caring. They took care of us very well. I had very late checkin by 10pm.. and they were available then too and with dinner prepared specially for us. Thanks 😊 Their breakfast is ♥️♥️

This place was such a pleasant surprise! They opened recently, so everything is brand new and perfect, but what really stands out is how much the owners clearly love what they do. You can immediately feel it in the cleanliness, the kindness, and even the care they put into the decorations. The bathrooms are spacious and spotless, the beds are very comfortable, and everything feels welcoming. Truly recommended!

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a perfect space to relax after exploring Dambulla. The hotel’s atmosphere is peaceful and charming, with a great balance between modern comfort and natural surroundings. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the service. We chose not to climb Sigiriya (having just recovered from...

We chose not to climb Sigiriya (having just recovered from Adam's Peak!) but instead chose the much shorter Pidurangala which afforded a fabulous view of Sigiriya. Highly recommended. A visit to the Bawa hotel, Heritance Kandalama, is well worth it as an insight into the brilliant architectural mind of Geoffrey Bawa.

Dambulla is an excellent base for exploring Kandy, Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa and Sigiriya. We stayed there for 4 Nights and could cover the heritage sites easily. Dambulla Caves are a must-see and so is Sigiriya (just 16 Kms. away). Anuradhapura and Polonnaruwa are around an hours drive but Dambulla is much well-connected and less touristy.

I loved everything they have amazing vibe, nothing was to much trouble . All staff kind and helpful. Dambulla is quiet but has local shops, cafes Pizza Hut, great small restaurant a few miles from Evergreen serving very good food. It's run by the people who run Evergreen. So recommended by me.. Anything you want to do or go and see will be arranged for you Tuk Tuk guy is a staff member . If you need car/driver it will be arranged.

Very friendly staff and able to help arrange transport or tours (Sri Lankan-style). Less than 1km from Dambulla temples and caves, and a short tuk tuk ride to the town centre of Dambulla. Breakfast and dinner can be provided for a fee. Pool is deep so not as suited for young kids but was refreshing to cool down from the heat. The friendly staff made our stay the best!

The hotel is located in the heart of Dambulla city conveniently close to the Kurunegala-Dambulla road. Rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. The food was tasty and severed hot and the portions were good and also reasonably priced. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Although it is in the heart of the city very relaxed setup. Overall, its great value for money.

This hotel is a little oasis in the crazy main drag of Dambulla. We found it good to travel to other places, got a tuk tuk to Anuradhapura, that was an experience! The food at this hotel was amazing, there’s a wait, because everything is cooked fresh, but it’s well worth waiting for. The staff are so helpful. Recommend.
