What a hidden gem! This small boutique hotel with just three rooms is truly a recommendation. From the very first moment, you feel more than welcome thanks to the friendly and personal reception. Not only does the owner’s daughter clearly do her best to make guests feel at home, but the manager also brings a warm and personal touch to everything he does. The hotel just recently opened, and while they’re still figuring out the best approach in some areas, they more than make up for it with their helpfulness, genuine friendliness, and open attitude. You instantly feel at home here. The rooms are beautifully decorated, stylish and comfortable, with great attention to detail. And the breakfast? By far the best accomodation we had during our stay in Sri Lanka. The hotel is actually more a villa with only few rooms available, which makes it very private and calm. Everything about this place is stunning and one feels that every detail was thoughtfully designed. The hosts Siri and Chathurika were very friendly and made our stay something really special. Siri even gave us a private tour through the temples and ruins of Anuradhapura. It was all topped off by the fantastic food they prepared for us. Staying at Arachchi was one of the highlights of our trip, and would come back to Sri Lanka just to stay some more days :) we cannot recommend this place enough!

Everything was quite impressive. Clean and tidy and the staff are good. We had a nice sleep and pleasant experience there after pedalling a very long and endurance ride pushing against the head winds from Mannar to Anuradhapura Special mention - veg breakfast is excellent

The rooms we got were great and the services from owners Kanchi and Supun even better. The setting of the homestay is quiet and beautiful. We had a fantastic cooking class with Kanchi and Supun guided us to Wilpattu Ntl Park, the Ancient City and the other sites around Anuradhapura. All at very reasonable prices.

This has to be the best accommodation in town. The property was simply stunning. Exceptionally well run by a beautiful family who are attentive and caring to all your needs.
