This was by far the best stay of my three weeks of solo traveling in Sri Lanka. The boutique hotel is beautifully designed with such great taste by the owner, and the staff are incredibly friendly, doing everything they can to make you feel comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and everything was spotless. After weeks of traveling around, I was able to fully relax here. I truly recommend this place to everyone ! the people are so kind, and the setting is stunning. You can even purchase some of the carefully curated items displayed in the hotel, which makes it extra special. An absolute top hotel!

Beautiful and super clean and tidy resort. It was so peaceful and relaxing and a nice stroll into town along the beach. Easy enough to get a tuktuk on Uber or Pick Me if you're not up for the walk. Great place. I look forward to coming back. I don't think the photos do it justice!

Colonial villa perfectly renovated, the atmosphere , interiors and customer care are truly remarkable, nothing to envy to other hotels that may be more expensive and central. This place was meticolously crafted around the ideal stay in Galle, staff was extremely attentive to every need, absolutely discreet,all day dining, we felt so comfortable our 3 year old was going around the place as if we lived there. We genuinely loved it and invited friends to visit for a coffee just to recommend the place.

Beautiful hotel interior. All staff are very friendly and always smiling. It was nice that there was beach access. The attentiveness of the staff is what really made it stand out like contacting us before we arrived to ensure we were all set and they helped organise our activities. Everything was just marvelous, the suit design, cleanliness and comfort. The view was astonishing and magnificent, we had a pool with jets like a jacuzzi in the balcony and it was spectacular. I am definitely coming back here. We extremely loved our stay. We had dinner in the Tempest restaurant, it was delicious and the Spa was amazing. Thank you Crystal Sands for making our stay an unforgettable one.

The property is squeaky clean with modern touch. Its pretty close to the beach and its very quite and calm at Peter’s Place. We enjoyed a lot in the pool, on the loungers. Peter and Gelnda are great hosts, and you will be surprised by the levels of energy these guys bring in at this age. They prepared on of the best breakfast we had in Sri Lanka. They love their place like a baby and you can see it in the service they provide. Only regret I have if I could spend more time here. The best you can get in Hikkaduwa.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The design was beautiful with a great attention to detail. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and inviting, with a nice clean swimming pool. But what really stood out to me was the staff. They were all so caring and considerate, going above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
