The Golden Crown hotel was absolutely stunning and honestly exceeded my expectations. It truly felt like a five-star experience. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the offerings at the hotel restaurant, where we had breakfast, but also decided to have two additional dinners — both of which were absolutely fantastic. On top of that, the hotel surprised me with a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made my special day even more memorable. All in all, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Thank you for making our experience so wonderful!

1. Staffs were extremely nice and polite. Ready to serve at all times. 2. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean and comfortable. 3. Location of the hotel was the prime spot as it was just 2min walk from the City Center, with multiple restaurant, night market and shopping area nearby. 4. We stayed here just a short time this time.

We stayed here just a short time this time. We were here longer during a previous trip. The long stay was nice, because "time stands still" in this location - in the woods but near the town. The town is a short distance from Kandy, which is too busy for us! We like tranquility.
