Very friendly and accommodating. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Our flight was very early so we arrived many hours before check in, they welcomed us with a smile and worked very hard to get us a room ready. Nothing was too much and I would recommend.

Facilities are clean, neat and extremely pristine. Location is very relaxing and the view from the garden is simply superb. The owners are a very sweet family; all of then made our stay simply perfect. They were over every single detail to make our time there the best investment we could have made during our trip. Ayana Beach Boutique met my expectation of cleanliness and comfort from the room to the beach. I brought my own food as I have dietary restrictions and also my herbal medicines. The room didn’t have fridge but they let me put my things in their fridge. They brought to my room and reminded me of my medicine so I can take it on time. They also offered a plate and cutlery for my food. They’ve been nice, polite and very helpful in so many ways. The place is quiet and so serene that you can totally relax and disconnect on a budget. Beautiful view of the sunset and the sea, lovely sound of the waves and fresh air…I will definitely go back when I get the chance.

Everything about this property was amazing and well above my expectations. The service was nothing short of incredibly friendly and attentive. In particular, assistance with my luggage and thoughtfulness with regards to flexibility and late check out options was so appreciated. If you’re seeking a quality, yet economical property within close distance to the restaurants of Negombo and easy access to the airport, you simply couldn’t find a better choice than JMF. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
