The staff is extremely hospitable and always willing to help. The pool is clean, and the garden is very beautiful. There is also a large aquarium which looks impressive. In the room, we had a mosquito repellent device, and we could shower with the door open because it was protected with a mosquito net. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

My stay at this resort was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm welcome to the attentive service, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The staff truly made me feel like a VIP, always friendly, prompt, and ready to assist with any request. My room was immaculate, with a cozy, comfortable vibe and reliable air conditioning that kept things perfectly cool. The pool was a highlight—beautifully maintained and a perfect spot to unwind. Dining here was a treat, especially the seafood, which was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. I was so impressed that I couldn’t resist extending my stay! If you're looking for a place to relax and be completely pampered, I can’t recommend this resort enough.

The property was very good. The surrounding area was also good. The people there were very nice. There was a very good arrangement. It was smooth. All the facilities were provided as per five star. The people were very nice, there was every kind of arrangement. I am sorry that such a property is so close and they dropped us at the station. They were so nice and had a very good environment. Wonderfull property. Super friendly staff. We had dinner and breakfast and both meals were amazing and beyond expectations. This was the most beautiful place we stayed during our 3 week traveling in Sri Lanka. We wished we could have stayed longer at Hiru Lagoon, but unfortunately the holiday was over.
