The couple that hosted were amazing, very welcoming and kind. The breakfast that is included was excellent with omelette and fruit and yogurt and juice and toast and local Sri Lankan breakfast stuff and pot of tea or coffee. The bed was large with its own mosquito net and the sheets were good quality and clean, and the pillows were good and the bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent and enclosed with its own prospect store, but it was a large area that was enclosed. The bathroom was a good size.

I had a wonderful stay here! Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness and comfort of the room to the warm hospitality. The location is also ideal, very much closer to Aluthgama town, just walking distance, which made it super convenient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Very friendly and whatever the matter supportive staff, sorting you out with all information and contacts that you need and giving great advice.. Delicious food, spaceous, clean and pretty rooms with mosquito nets, all rather new. It"s such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that it is hard to leave! I definitely come back and definitely recommend it. Walking distance to the temple.

We loved the host and their hospitality. The whole family was very friendly and helpful. We booked the room at 4 pm and they made sure we had it available within under 1 hour. The breakfast was amazing and there was nothing to complain about. It was a new property and it was clean and tidy. The host had a Three-wheeler and was always available to drop us anywhere we wanted.

Great apartments right on the river. Comfortable and spotlessly clean. Amazing western or Sri Lankan breakfast. Superb hosts very friendly and welcoming. Easy walking distance to beach and resteraunts. The accomodation has its own tuk tuk to take you and bring you back free of charge if you don't want to walk. Highly recommended.

The staff, the food, the property....all invite you to relax. The view of the lake in the morning....calm, peace... So it was really a place to come out of your mind and into your senses....excellent food....I didn't know that one can cook with such variety vegetarian food...and above all it tasted sooo good. Boat trip through the Mangrove forest...some sightseeing....sunsets...a Crocodile did some sunbathing on the rocks....don't worry it was far away....the staff always give you a hand...Roy the magician, Insaf and his father Ilyas. As I asked for a room with river view they gave me a room in the villa without extra pay. Once in awhile I had a head, neck shoulder massage...couldn't get enough of it... So all in all a very relaxed and pleasant experience....No wonder I stayed for two weeks...
