The hotel looks and feels like home; it is beautifully decorated, very clean, with spectacular views on the mountains, there is so much peace and silence that it makes it perfect as a hideaway. The food in the restaurant was simply unbeatable; delicious :) Congratulations to the chef; we love you for pampering us with such tasty dishes. The swimming pool and the sauna - gorgeous. I cannot imagine a better place to relax. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be coming back. There is a spacious parking space next to the hotel. And there are electric bicycles that can be rented at the hotel. Many paths in the mountains for hiking. This hotel is a paradise :)

The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant, although expensive, was good. We enjoyed the pool. The kid's area looked nice, although we didn't make use of it, it's a great plus for longer stays.

not suitable for travelling with young kids. If you want to walk around with your kid you have to be extra alert since there is not enough safety bards in the pedestrian roadway. I would not recommend this place to parents of young kids. don't waste your money.

One should try to reach the premises before it gets dark for convenient collection of the key to enter the apartment. It does get a little difficult once it is dark.

It is a very nice and quiet commune on the mountain.
It is a very nice and quiet commune on the mountain.
You can easily reach it via Triesen or also through another link road via Vaduz Castle.
There are some restaurants in the town but they all close down soon by 9 or 10 PM.
Vaduz town is easily reachable in 10min and you get a very nice sunset and view of the valley including small Swiss towns from Triesenberg.
Dont miss to drive up the mountain and visit a small but beautiful Lake Steg.
Also there are many treks possible.

The area itself doesn't have much but the locals are extremely nice. Because our place is in the area, we were unfortunate to have time to spend in the area. Every store we went people were very kind and helpful, we even get free stuff from the local! What I liked about is personally it the experiences we have had with the local here.
We did try one restaurant but the food is not that special, what you should ask for is the beer from local brewery.
Another great activity is to just walk out and sight see the geographic scene. Since Triesenberg is high up, you will be able to catch many breath taking scenario!

Amazing place!
Amazing place!
If you can get over the road up (and down again of course) it is well worth it.
An Alpen hideaway with history, great food, the most comfortable beds you will ever sleep in, amazing hosts, drop-dead scenery and a super-included breakfast in true Alpen style!
Monica the host is amazing... efficient, friendly, and organized!
Berggasthaus Suka is the best!
Triesenberg itself is a small village that will have you thinking Heidi, Sound of Music, cheese, cows with bells and a joyous spirit!

The area is out of a story book.
The area is out of a story book. Quaint, high in the mountains and spectacular views of nature. People are nice and leave you mostly alone. Great area for secluded hiking where you won't run into anyone.
Superb location with a stunning view of the Swiss mountains across the river. Don't even consider staying in a hotel down in the valley. The self check-in is an interesting concept. It took a few minutes to figure it out but most people should be able to. Very clean and modern with a nice size shower that is not common in European hotels. Very comfortable bed.
Go to the top of the hill and have dinner at the Berggasthaus Masescha, The view from the dining area is fantastic. make reservations, it's very popular.
Nice hotel about 12 mins driving from Vaduz, on the hill with great views. 24 hrs self check in was easy and very convenient. Everything was clean, good breakfast, nice staff and free coffee & tea in "self serve" bar available all day long what felt extra nice! Room and facility was clean and they think ahead to make your stay confortable and easy, for example they automatically provide electric plug convertor per room to accommodate for guests from other European countries.
We were welcomed by a very friendly owner, who came out at night under the snow to show us where to park. The hotel is very very nice, warm and offers everything you need. The view is exceptional. Also, they have breakfast that offers multiple choices. The lady at the reception gave us a kettle for our tea. Very very kind.
We highly recommend this place. We'll definetely will be back for a hiking break.
Very comfortable place, combining Alpine charm inside and out with modern updates and conveniences. You really come up here for the views, and they are spectacular even on cloudy days. Treisenberg is a nice small-town break from Vaduz and the 21 bus stops right at the entrance to the hotel. I showed up too late to have dinner but the breakfast buffet was glorious and the staff were very friendly.
Nice two-floor apartment located in a beautiful and quite village. Great panoramic view on Rhine valley and mountains. The apartment is well equipped, clean and comfy. Friendly host, easy check-in/check-out. There is a small supermarket 5 mins walk. We had a great and pleasant stay and definitely would love to stay here again on our next trip to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
We found this hotel through a reference, and what a wonderful surprise! It was beautiful, with a great location and the most amazing view from the balcony of the room. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, and they offered an honesty bar and gratis coffee. The village of Trisenburg was so pretty and everyone we met there was so friendly.
Hotel Oberland was our hands-down favorite of the 8 lodgings where we stayed in Europe. The location is charming and convenient to hiking and activities. The room was clean and comfortable and modern with a picture-postcard view. Breakfast was delicious with the option to eat on an outdoor patio on nice mornings. We'd go back in a heartbeat.
The room was pretty good sized and comfortable and had balcony with amazing views. It was very nice that the hotel had its own parking garage that was actually relatively spacious and I didn't have to cringe trying to navigate through tight spaces. The breakfast was basic but adequate. The town of Triesenberg is also quite charming.
Amazing place to spend time in Liechtenstein - centrally located and easy to reach the capital and the ski resort Malbun.
Very cosy and well-equipped modern apartment with amazing view to the valley and mountains. Comfortable bed. Attentive and welcoming hosts. High speed internet.
The hotel is spectacular. The rooms have everything you need. The views are breathtaking. You can lay in bed and look at the alps. The breakfast spread was so delicious. Fresh fruit, homemade yogurt and fresh fruit salad. YUM
The views were amazing. The house was very clean and close to the centre of Triesenberg, to a small supermarket and restaurants. The hosts were very nice: the coffee machine did not work and they replaced it immediately.
The view was amazing. It is located in a picturesque location with a shop nearby and a bus stopping right outside the hotel. Everyone in Triesenberg is very friendly and the atmosphere is simply magnificent.
We are 3 guys on an 8 day motorcycle road trip through 7 countries. Liechtenstein was country 6 on day 5. And this jurte was by far our favorite "hotel". The location and setup were absolutely great.
Fantastic modern apartment with million dollar views of Swiss and Liechtenstein mountains. Very warm well equipped with all facilities. Short walk to local shop. Owners very friendly and helpful.
Very nice area with good communication both to the city and mountain. Kitchen was really good. And the people working at the shop down at the Triesenberg post grocery store were really helpful.
We loved the view and the comfort of the room. The host was very easy to talk to and very helpful with finding information about the attractions and food places in Liechtenstein.
