I liked everything, the hotel staff was kind enough to upgrade my room for free. The room was wonderful, it had everything you need for a comfortable stay including free tea & coffee as well as charming balcony with a spectacular view on greenery and the Alps. The breakfast was great, with many choices for vegetarians and excellent food.

Breakfast was very delicious, high quality food and we really enjoyed it. Plus the lady who was present did an excellent job of serving us some eggs and more. Well done. Excellent value. Gorgeous setting too. Nicely decorated and the view. Oh wow the view. Amazing.

It was an absolute joy to stay here. Since it was during summer, the weather was great but generally, the small town was not as populated as it seems to be during winter time for the skiing season. - The staff is so incredibly nice and attentive. - So quiet and calm environment all around. - Since there weren't that many people, I got a bigger room, it was spacious and nice. - The bathroom was very nicely taken care of and squeaky clean. - Breakfast was top-notch. Not too much, but plenty of options to choose from and top-quality ingredients. They also source some foods locally. - Restaurant for lunch/dinner: I ate there twice, and it was amazing. - Transportation: using the bus system in the country is as easy as it should be everywhere else. The bus stop is literally on the other corner across from the hotel. - Cable cars that go to the top are easily reachable on foot.

Its too late to come to Malbun for cross country skiing at the beginning of March. We were hopeful for some snow still but all was gone already and unlike in some Swiss resorts there is no snow farming in Malbun/Steg.

Excellent place for exploration of nearby mountains.

Excellent place for exploration of nearby mountains. I choose it for hiking and found many trails. Unfortunately it was heavy snow at the end of September so I recommend summer for hiking around Malbun. Nature around is great!

I visited in August and the weather was perfect for hiking.

I visited in August and the weather was perfect for hiking. Not alot of tourist so there was no waiting in lines. The ski lifts were working to take you up the mountain for great views and hiking. This was my 2nd time to visit Malbun and would go back again. The spa at Hotel Turna was wonderful,especially after a day of hiking.

Completely faultless. The room was immaculate, the location was wonderful - we were lucky enough to see some mid September snow. We ate at the restaurant in the evening and for breakfast both meals were great. The staff were exceptional, could not have been more welcoming, especially the lady on reception. Everyone spoke perfect English. The hotel is super dog friendly. Wellness facilities were spot on. We can't wait to come back! The goodie bag on departure was a really nice touch too. Thank you so much.

Absolutely amazing! Room was very clean, comfortable, with nice view and big balcony. Breakfast of top quality products, together with nice coffee. No problem with parking long car. Very friendly staff... great place for relax. Moreover, the restaurant is exquisite - definitely my top 2 at Malbun: Malbuner Stube at Gorfion and Vogeli. I had just perfect tuna steak with risotto there - I recall its amazing taste even copule days later :)

Free childcare for my almost four year old. Allowed me to do one of the most beautiful hikes I’ve done anywhere (Princess Gina Weg loop) safe in the knowledge he was in good hands back at the hotel. The views are also stunning. Generally the hotel is very well set up for families with indoor and outdoor child play areas and some petting bunnies.
