The staff is friendly ,serve you with a smile and efficient . The hotel is very clean . Its a good location so its easy to move around. One of the gentleman from the hotel gave excellent service.... Out of his good will he always asked the uber driver if he understood where we want to go or if he had any questions for us to break the communication barrier. Hotel Lost was an excellent stay. The Gemmayze location is right in the heart of Beirut — you're just steps away from cute little shops and very vibey bars. The rooms are lovely, and the staff and owners are especially helpful and attentive, providing us with anything we asked for and more, including allowing us to have a late check-out before our flight. Special mention to the included breakfast — the French toast in particular is divine!
