The most beautiful thing in this hotel, is the welcoming specially the guy in the reception Joe Khori who was very nice, kind and supportive. I had a wonderful stay at Haya Hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Wassim, General Manager, for his professionalism and kindness — he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and relaxing. I truly appreciated the excellent service and genuine hospitality from the whole team. My wife and I had a truly delightful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception team greeted us warmly, making us feel instantly welcome. Throughout our stay, the staff's friendliness and professionalism were evident, especially the attentive F&B team, Tony, Marianne & Jimmy who ensured our dining experience was exceptional. A highlight was the sweet gesture of the kunafa crepe, a delightful treat😋.The hotel's amenities were fantastic, and the room was both comfortable and clean with a stunning sea view. They have an amazing heated pool, steam room and sauna, perfect in the rainy cold weather... Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay. We can't wait to return!

Everything was amazing! At the reception, I was welcomed by a very friendly and smiling person, and then the owner showed me the way to the beautiful room The jacuzzi insuite with the beautiful view on the sea was wonderful, the bed and leather sofas were super comfy, the traditional Lebanese breakfast was yummy (mana2ish zaatar, labne, scrambled eggs..). This place feels like a luxurious home. I highly recommend it.
