A brilliant new hotel with an attentive, English speaking owner who really cares about her guests having everything they need. We were picked up from the slow boat quay (without having to ask) and taken straight to the hotel. Check-in was seamless and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was lovely and served on the balcony. Lift back to the pier in the morning. Can pay in KIP or US $ and we asked for the change in Thai Bhat. Would highly recommend for your slowboat stopover.

Our boat was broken and stopped, so we had to sleep on the boat during the night. The Mekong riverside lodge stuff kindly prepred breakfest for us just before we have changed the boat. The hotel is just new. We booked a 3 bed bedroom. But the owner make a extra bed for my daughter. So we could sleep on the river side.The view is spectacular. And the people over there are super nice and helpful. It's close to restaurants and shops. They will make you a sandwich for breakfast on the boat. There is AC and a fan. They are still improving the hotel.

The room was beautiful and we had a balcony looking over the Mekong. It was very comfortable, elegant, well run, calm and peaceful. Having come off the budget slow boat that we endured for 6 hours, it was an absolute delight to stay in such beautiful accommodation in a very basic town.

Facing the beachfront in Pakbeng, INN RIVERSIDE HOSTEL Pb has a private beach area and a bar. The accommodation features an ATM, free shuttle service and currency exchange for guests.

The accommodation is clean, the toilet is also clean and has all the necessary things. Although it is just a small town and guests only stay overnight, the owner is extremely kind. I was introduced to this place by a friend. I like this place.
