location: a million dollar view over the mekong and amazing sunset. very, very friendly staff - good breakfast - nice clean rooms - cheap laundry we stayed 3 nights: and did a daytrip goldpanning with autentic Khmu and Hmong villages the second daytrip was to the 1OOO year old tea trea primary forest and lots of beautiful views along the road. our guide Pheng was amazing, from the Khmu tribe, so he could give us a lot of information. You can book the daytrips with the hotel: they have many nice daytrips.

Brand new accommodation, one of the nicest rooms so far on our trip. Staff were very helpful, picked us up and dropped us off to the slow boat at a time that suited us. Very close to slow boat pier and restaurants in the town. Lovely breakfast and staff were very attentive and helpful! Would definitely recommend to anyone passing through pakbeng!

The traditional room was so beautiful, with a balcony overlooking the river. Beds were comfy and staff were so friendly. We received cold towels and a welcome drink upon arrival which was a nice touch. Breakfast is basic but all you need.

The hotel is just new. We booked a 3 bed bedroom. But the owner make a extra bed for my daughter. So we could sleep on the river side.The view is spectacular. And the people over there are super nice and helpful. It's close to restaurants and shops. They will make you a sandwich for breakfast on the boat. There is AC and a fan. They are still improving the hotel.

We just had a one night stop over here unfortunately. The rooms were amazing overlooking the river. They were big modern andcomfortable. whenwe arrived by slow boat the staff picked us up which was great and hassle free. we were offered a drink and given our key so no stress very relaxing. Only few min walk to the road with plenty of restaurants. Pity we didn't have longer

New and clean which is a bit hard to find in a small village like that. The view is amazing, we did see an elephant bathing in the morning, and it is super close to the boat pier. I liked that they divided people during our stay so that neither 8 bed dorm was full which made sharing the shower easier. There are also 2 separate toilets in the room. Breakfast was basic but nice and there is a free drinking water dispenser. They did pick us up as promised although walking would be easy. They also own a bar which is next to the hostel but it stopped music at a very reasonable time. Had an awesome sleep here! We ordered take out egg fried rice for the 2nd day on the boat and I don't know what was in it but it was the best I ever had!
