I originally planned to stay just four days having booked randomly and seeing only a few reviews (not realising they were quite newly open) but I was so taken by the location, nestled in the mountains with stunning views and the perfect swimming pool.Moon took guests the short jaunt into town if need be and the very personable Phet Simone trekked us through a jungle path to the local village and elephant sanctuary where we got to feed the elephants and wash them in the river (only charge was in the sanctuary).Four day’s just wasn’t enough for me and I wanted to work my way around the delicious menu.Only thing I consistently ate was the amazing (free) Zen omelette which I had every morning without fail 😋 Moon was an inspiring source of information and only too willing to engage in conversations about local history,customs,cuisine and culture.Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough 👍

Sabaidee! Where can I start? What was a 3-star hotel felt like a 5-star hotel with attentiveness to your stay from all staffs especially from the 2 owners, directeurs généraux de France, merci beacoup! The reception staffs are multilingual and speaks English, Chinese and French. Each of them will go out of their way to attend to any of your request. Exceptionally delicious food from the kitchen especially the buffet spread during breakfast. Bicycles are also free to use and they are all brand new. Receptionists asked me about my day every time I come back at night which was so cute haha! There was one day where I couldn't get a car and was late to a booking, and they had a staff send me on a motorbike instead. If I really had to point out something to improve, it would just be about adding 1 additional shuttle to the city during the morning every day, in addition to the already provided one in the afternoon. Staying at this hotel was a wonderful choice. The view from my room was simply amazing, overlooking a beautiful garden. The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. The service staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist. This hotel is impressive, i was afraid after reading the bad reviews. But the place is clean, cheap option, the staff is so helpful. And on the top of it they have a cheap washing machine! It is true that they dont speak Enlgish, but its Asia, they speak Chinese and they will do anything to help you, despite the language barrier, actually with translator we could communicate without problem. So recommended 10/10
