We loved this place! It was the perfect oasis in Luang Prabang. But the Garden House is not only a place to stay to explore the city & its surroundings, it’s a destination in itself. It’s a wonderful experience to take part of this inspired project. The breakfast room windows capture the misty morning mountains like a painting. The generous outdoor kitchen allowed us to experiment with Lao cooking. Incredibly, we could add the organic produce from the garden to our plates. The lovely host even offered a papaya directly from the tree to my mother - this is the kind of moments you cherish forever… The list of things to adore here is endless - thank you so much for creating this place & giving us such a warm welcome! Extra thanks for helping us (super efficiently on WhatsApp) with everything from charcoal to the barbecue to sticky rice steamer to transport.

Nice old style colonial hotel. A wee bit out of the way, but they provide a free shuttle service into town, the staff were excellent, they couldn’t do enough for you.Hotel wasn’t new, but kept very clean. Nice and quiet location with little garden to the rear of the hotel.

Beautiful rooms with a huge luxury shower that had super high pressure and large comfortable beds. We ordered the Laos brekfast baguette and the teriyaki steak baguette from the Ateiler restaurant for lunch and it was 10/10 chefs kiss. Free shuttle to the town was so handy.

This place is really cool. I had a wonderful stay here. It’s safe and comfort. Convenient location, especially if you decide to stay longer in Luang Prabang. The view on the river from the terrace is truly stunning. Amazing sunsets. There is a 7eleven store in 100 meters but also a huge local market so you can find anything you are able to get in Luang Prabang.

the meals were excellent. The pool lovely. I had a steam bath sauna which was also great. So quiet and peaceful there.
