If you are a traveler who is used to Almaty, This hotel could be a very nice option. It's a healing place. It is a bit far from Arbat though. Quiet and easy to reach. And there is the most friendly staff in Kazakhstan. If I hadn't have another plan, I would have stayed more. You can walk and have a rest in the park as well.
