I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional and the service was very attentive. I was offered an upgrade which was a great gesture and the breakfast was very tasty. The sleeping quality was excellent and the room temperature was perfect.

Everything about this hotel is great: initial communication prior to my arrival, the facility and the location close to the Caspian sea and the nice long walk along. However, the highlight of my stay is the staff. These women at the reception made me feel at home and I was travelling alone. One woman in particular, Gulya, was so warm, attentive, helpful and determined to make my stay as pleasant as it could be, and I really enjoyed it, especially talking to her, although my Russian is very poor. I am planning to come back to Aktau and explore this wonderful region and will definitely come back to Turan hotel. Just keep up the good work and cherish all these women that work there. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. We particularly enjoyed our interactions with Ainush, the lady at reception. The room is fantastic, and exactly like the photos. The location is right by a quiet beach on the Caspian. Overall a superb experience.

The staff were incredibly helpful, we had some issues with booking flight and they bent over backwards to help us. We also extended our stay and even though they were full they managed to accommodate us.
