I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional and the service was very attentive. I was offered an upgrade which was a great gesture and the breakfast was very tasty. The sleeping quality was excellent and the room temperature was perfect.

The location is excellent – right in Aktau and easy to reach everything. The hotel is very clean and modern, and everything felt brand new. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful. There’s also a fantastic and affordable café right next door with delicious food.

Super new hotel. All rooms are modern and well equipped and look fine. Big and spacious bathrooms with large shower. One of the few hotels in Kazakhstan that we stayed at, that provides free bottled water. The staff is just lovely, was always friendly and made an effort to help us. Definitely the best hotel staff we met in Kazakhstan. The location is great, not far from good restaurants and places to see. There is also a nice cafe downstairs where you can get breakfast.

The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. We particularly enjoyed our interactions with Ainush, the lady at reception. The room is fantastic, and exactly like the photos. The location is right by a quiet beach on the Caspian. Overall a superb experience.

All the staffs are so kind they always helped me get my laggage down from 4th or 3rd floor(I stayed here twice). The room with a fridge, A/C, TV and mirror is spacious and calm. The bed is so comfortable that I had a really good sleep every night. Laundry is amazing! They gave it back to me within three hours! And perfectly clean! Breakfast is also nice, you can choose whatever you like from the menu under 1300T. It has a really wide range. As my checking out, the receptionist called me a taxi at reasonable price. Bus stop is just in front of the hotel, and it comes every 2 or 3minutes. You can get to the city center easily. I truely recommend this hotel!
