The hosts (the lady and her son) were super friendly and was quick to answer all questions. The place was within walking distance from Almaty Airport. Shops are nearby and the bus stop was only a 10-minute walk away. The place was super comfy with a kitchen and a bedroom. Internet connection was super fast.

It's not a luxurious hotel, but they overwhelmed us with love and made us feel like we were with our family. They were kind and very helpful.
