Very nice hotel for a business or private stay. Close to the airport. Nice staff. All clean and tidy. Quiet. The restaurant is amazing, it worth it to have breakfast or dinner there.

Good location on the left bank of Astana. Just minutes away from the big shopping malls (Khan-Shatyr, Keruen, Asia Park, and Saryarka) and restaurants. Taxi use is a must, though (inexpensive). A good chain hotel of the Hilton family. Smooth check-in. Friendly and smiling young people at reception. Very helpful. Good management of the hotel overall and great Kazakh hospitality. A complimentary breakfast was included (thank you!). Clean, spacious, and tidy room. The shower was great; clean and hot water. Complimentary water bottles are appreciated. Bed sheets were changed every day upon request.

Absolutely everything was wonderful! The staff was very polite and helpful, the suite exceptionally clean and beautifully designed, and the location is close to sights and good restaurants.

This place exceeded our expectations and fulfilled all our needs: Excellent location, large and clean room, comfortable bed, good bathroom. The personnel of the hotel, though with very little knowledge of English, did their best - always with a smile - to accommodate us and they succeeded with everything.
