My two-night stay at Zvezdnaya Eco-Hotel was nothing short of magical! From warm welcomes to personalized recommendations, their hospitality mirrored the glowing reviews praising the team’s kindness and professionalism . This hotel is for those people who wants to stay far from city noise as this is on the Mountain area so busses are not here only taxi. I love the staff they are ready to help you anytime of the day or night they are just wonderful! My experience with staff was just like family. I will definitely come back here and I will asks my mates to go here. 100% Rooms are spacious with balconies.

The location was great, a big mall with shops and all kinds of food is 10 min away. The park of the first president of Kazakhstan is 5 min away. The hotel is new, clean, and quiet, the restaurant downstairs has a nice menu for Breakfast, dinner... and it's open most of the day, prices are ok.

I said I couldn't have breakfast because of the tour, but the front staff packed it the night before the tour and gave me breakfast in advance, so I could take it and eat it on the tour. The staff is friendly and the room is very spacious. Even though it is a hotel, there are bowls and knives, so you can prepare and eat fruits.
