Crispy clean, no smells, comfy beds, blackout curtains to get much needed sleep during a sunny day before the next flight. Toiletries, towels, bathrobe and hotel slippers were available. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. A free one-way transfer to/from airport was offered which i happily accepted. ~15 min drive maximum without traffic jams (travelled around 4pm and 2am on weekdays). I would return and recommend.

We stayed couple of day in the area, we were like it. Upon arrival we got upgraded one of our room, because one of room wasn’t ready. Upgrade room, without additional charges, that was unexpected! Very helpful staff, kind and professional, as I can see they care and pay full attention to each their guest and trying by any possibility to make guest happy! Anything we asked them we got quick service! Thanks for it! Rooms are spacious and clean, what is highly important to us, I really like it the place, and highly recommended! Ahhhh restaurant food , wooow, as per my husband he never tried food tastier than here. Definitely we will recommend your place to our international friends who planing to visit Almaty.
