The hotel is small and suitable for relaxation due to its proximity to the airport. The rooms are clean, and there's no elevator... It's not a luxurious hotel, but they overwhelmed us with love and made us feel like we were with our family. They were kind and very helpful. We stayed couple of day in the area, we were like it. Upon arrival we got upgraded one of our room, because one of room wasn’t ready. Upgrade room, without additional charges, that was unexpected! Very helpful staff, kind and professional, as I can see they care and pay full attention to each their guest and trying by any possibility to make guest happy! Anything we asked them we got quick service! Thanks for it! Rooms are spacious and clean, what is highly important to us, I really like it the place, and highly recommended! Ahhhh restaurant food , wooow, as per my husband he never tried food tastier than here. Definitely we will recommend your place to our international friends who planing to visit Almaty.
