Everything was absolutely 10 out of 10. The staff, the room, the lobby,the amenities, the little attentions, the food, the cocktails. Perfection of service. Mr Dilshat at reception was incredibly attentive, kind and helpful. I most definitely recommend Rahat Palace Hotel and would not want to stay anywhere else if I come back (hopefully!) to beautiful Kazakhstan.

The location was great, a big mall with shops and all kinds of food is 10 min away. The park of the first president of Kazakhstan is 5 min away. The hotel is new, clean, and quiet, the restaurant downstairs has a nice menu for Breakfast, dinner... and it's open most of the day, prices are ok.

One of the things I appreciate is the fast check-in process, as getting to my room quickly after a long journey is very important to me, which I found at the Park Dedeman hotel. The location is very central, with easy access to almost everything. The breakfast was incredible and enjoyable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The point I want to mention separately is the scenic view of the mountains in front of the hotel. Having breakfast on the ninth floor, enjoying this view, is a very precious moment and breathtaking scenery.
