Friendly smiling staff. Which was a great breather after the experience in Al Maty Novotel. They were gracious enough to offer us early check-in as well as late check out. The hotel is a four floor Soviet era building converted in to a modern spacious hitech hotel. Even the standard room was a suite with two huge tvs and balcony. The restaurant food is good. They have an indoor heated pool, spa and a beautiful cigar lounge for the smokers.

Nice clean hotel, excellent value for the price, staff friendly and welcoming, location nice and quiet. Large size room and bathroom. Food at the restaurant was really good and amazingly friendly priced.

The location is really convenient for travelers as it is not very far from the main city. The staff were very kind and helped us to do online food delivery. The breakfast was delicious. A very clean and modern spacious room that smells really really good. Good location, near to banks, restaurants, supermarkets. 10 minutes by car to most attractions, in Astana we need to travel by car anyway.

We arrived at 3.30 in the morning and check in was extremely fast and efficient. The breakfast tray was great lots of choice and staff were very nice. It was a little out of the way however the bus network is fantastic
