Everything is good. Plenty of restaurants around and there’s a supermarket right next door at the back. The Dangmun market is less than 10mins walk. Our room has a view of the seas and pier. Vey mice.room is spacious. Bed is comfy.

Very good and nice hotel in Jeju. The room was spacious, cozy, and clean with a nice view. Everything during my stay was perfect. The hotel had a very good location, offered a delicious and varied breakfast, and as a bonus, you can park your car for free at the hotel

The breakfast was amazing! A lot of variety. The room was big and had a view of the ocean. The bed was quite big as well and very comfortable! The bathroom had a shower cubicle so the bathroom didn't get wet when I showered!

Excellent Stay at Hotel Lotte City Jeju I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Lotte City Jeju, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I want to extend a huge thank you to Stella Kim for her outstanding service throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. Stella Kim and the staff were incredibly attentive, making sure all of my needs were met promptly and with a smile. Their professionalism and friendliness truly enhanced my stay. The rooms were immaculate, with every detail taken care of to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and I felt right at home throughout my time at the hotel. Overall, my stay at Hotel Lotte City Jeju exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly return in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeju Island. I travelled with 2 of my sisters. The room was perfect for the three of us! The rooftop of this hotel is beautiful and could definitely be romantic for a couple while also being perfect for friends and family. The connected café and bar was also really nice. My sisters and I had a rental car as well and the staff were really helpful with parking and directions. Check in and out was also super easy! The location is also amazing as it's really in walking distance to shops, the beach, restaurants and markets.
