We arrived at the bus station which is only a few short blocks from GG Hotel. It was very easy to get from the bus station to the hotel. We had a room on an upper floor with a nice view facing south. The mountains surrounding Gyeongju are lovely and we could see them well. The location is excellent! It is easy to visit the Shilla sites by walking from the hotel. There are also good coffee shops, restaurants and shops walking distance from the hotel. It's a very pleasant and convenient place to stay while in Gyeongju. The hotel also provides excellent tourist maps and other tourist information which is helpful. They also printed some plane tickets for us, which was very helpful!

The property is stunning, traditional, beautiful. There is a koi pond and we could have a picnic in the garden. The rooms are large and clean with the bathrooms having recently been remodelled. There is wifi in every room. The staff were friendly and helped us find our way to the most important sites. The location is also excellent, right in the centre of town with lots of restaurant options nearby.

Very walkable, close to amenities, unesco sites nearby and accessible by public transport easily eg t money. pohang is a day trip away from intercity bus station too. Night views good - unsure if enhanced by apec meeting.

Wonderful mysterious cool green grassy grave mounds EVERYWHERE, rich history everywhere, compact city, beautiful replica bridge, excellent and well-appointed and maintained museums, easy access from/to Busan, kinda like Nara and areas around Nara in vibe. Highly recommended!

The heat in July is horrible, but the place is really beautiful. There are plenty of temples, royal tombs, traditional villages and natural parks (with easy treks) to visit. Great atmosphere, popular with young local couples.

It is recommended to take a day tour from Busan, but most day tours do not include the museum which is exceptional and really worth it. Gyeongju was kind of empty when we went, so it felt a little too quiet. If we go again we will opt for the day trip, however since we stayed 2 nights, we could see the museum and have dinner at an exceptional place which was highly rated for Korean food (again, which is not possible on a day trip as the buses head back to Busan in the evening).

Quiet little town.

Quiet little town. The historical sites were within easy access, but could have benefited from better information and signage. Good range of restaurants. Two days in Gyeongju is plenty, but you could add on day trips to Busan or Ulsan.

The hotel/guesthouse is very well located near the intercity bus terminal of Gyeongju (local busses also stop nearby), but also within walking distance from the mains shopping street (restaurants, shops..) and the main cultural sites of the town. The room was comfortable and very clean. The whole hotels seems to have been renovated recently, in a modern but original style. The lady at the reception was particularly helpful and kind, and made me feel welcome in Gyeongju.

Main reason I booked this hotel is its location, a 5 mins walk from the Gyeongju Express Bus Terminal. There are also buses nearby that reach major attractions. Room is ok, with free 2 bottles of water. Guests can choose 2 time slots for breakfast, ie start at 0720hr or 0800hr. Breakfast is basic, good enough to fill the stomach for the morning. One can leave the luggage before check-in or after check-out, as reception is 24 hours.

Love the location, very close to the centre of town- hwangridan gil is a very fun street nearby with lots of restaurants and souvenir shops. Good restaurants nearby and market not far away. I loved the hinoki bath tub which was great for relaxing after a long day walking around the sights of Gyeongju. Amazing town and amazing hotel.

The hotel and the room are really clean and neat with all the required amenities. The room has good soundproofing and air conditional is provided and it also came with a heated bed which is a good bonus during cold weather. The location is about 6-7 minutes walk from Gyeongju bus terminal and walkable distances to most attractions.

The room was very comfortable and clean, the people working at the hotel are very helpful and friendly. Although it's a self-check-in they are always available via phone and reply quickly to messages. They even offer a laundry service if you need it. We had everything we needed and recommend this place when you stay in Gyeongju!
