Excellent Stay at Hotel Lotte City Jeju I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Lotte City Jeju, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Stella Kim and the staff were incredibly attentive, making sure all of my needs were met promptly and with a smile. Their professionalism and friendliness truly enhanced my stay. The rooms were immaculate, with every detail taken care of to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and I felt right at home throughout my time at the hotel. I really liked the hotel. The location is great. We took a bath on the terrace to the sound of the water while looking at the stars. It was an amazing experience. The room was very clean, the internet worked well and the staff were friendly.

Room spacious and fresh. Nice games area in the pub to play darts and pool as well as karaoke and indoor golf. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. They gave us lots of recommendation of restaurants and places to visit. Breafkfast had lost of options for asian or continental breakfast.

The bed was so comfortable and the area in Jeju was for us perfect. Lot of restaurants and cafes around. We stayed in the room 1103 and above there you had a brillant view about the mountains. The cafe were also really nice and had a good chamomile tea! We feel us in the hotel so safe and relaxing. Thank you to had us 😊
