The hotel was close to bus station so easy to take buses around the island. Close to 24/7 convenience stores and restaurants! The staff was very nice and understood and spook English good, as my Korean was limited. Due to some issues with my booking (flight cancelled from Busan) I had to change dates and seems my booking got lost. They sorted it out on the spot with help of reservation team. I even got an upgrade due to the wait! Amazing service! Jeju is such a nice place and I wished that I stayed longer. But I will be back!

The receptionist was patient and provided us a lot of sweet help, when our flight was cancelled in a heavy raining morning. We were so lucky to have her support and finally get a great rest. The overall hardware of this hotel is great, but the service experience is even more impressive.
