The hotel is in a vibrant though not touristy part of town. I chose the location as it was easy access to the airport. At first I wished I could have stayed closer to the beach front. However, the assistant manager, Ms. Cho, was so helpful in making me feel comfortable, that I enjoyed the location. She understood my wish to see a beach, and suggested that I may like Hamdeok Beach. She gave me perfect directions, as well as eatery recommendations. The beach-side Cafe Delmoondo was wonderful with delicious pastries! She also recommended other non-touristy eateries to try local specialties, such as gogi-guksu (noodle soup in delicious broth with generous pork); mackeral stew; bakeries. She gave me precise directions on how to find a destination. She was my go-to tour guide. She really made the stay extra special. While Hotel Leo is not on the beach it is an hour's bus ride to several beaches. Also the Yeha tour buses drop off at the hotel or nearby. The room itself was very spacious and elegant. The rooftop lounge was chic and served spirits as well as food. Overall a wonderful introduction to Jeju Island! :)

Love this place. Room is clean and is cleaned everyday. The staff are very friendly. Comfortable bed. Location is in the center of Jeju city and close to the airport. They have an airport shuttle too, which is very convenient. My friend left her hat behind in the room when we checked out. I contacted the staff and they shipped the hat to our next stay in Seoul to us. Excellent service!

In particular I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Director of Rooms, Mr Aewoo Choi for the exceptional service we received during our visit. My daughter’s comfort blanket was put on the bed but could not be found after housekeeping. She was so upset as it means a lot to her. However, Aewoo went above and beyond to assist us in locating it, and sent it back to our next checked-in hotel. The kindness and dedication shown Aewoo truly made a significant impact on our experience. Your efforts made our family feel valued and appreciated. Thank you once again for your outstanding service. Staff were incredible!!! Specially for who speaks Portuguese! I 100% staying there for português speakers specially Brazilians! Good location! Specially for the first day and the last as it is near to the airport and the coast so you can do things straight way such as the famous Dodu-dong Rainbow Coastal Road! And the last day you can enjoy the Yongduam Rock before heading to the airport. Room was very spacious including the bathroom! Bed was about king size if I’m not wrong and really comfortable!!! It also provides TV with some entertainment available!
