The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable- not hard like others in south korea ive stayed in. Staff were super friendily, has a seven 11 on site and buffet breakfast avaliable. Right outside is streets full of shops and shopping open to all hours. A block away is where you can catch buses. In the rooms has a bath which is amazing and views from window is awesome. Also its very very close to the airport, only 12kms.

The staff, namely Helen - did above and beyond to help and answer any question or need we had. Really a great welcome to Jeju. I'd love to return here

In particular I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Director of Rooms, Mr Aewoo Choi for the exceptional service we received during our visit. My daughter’s comfort blanket was put on the bed but could not be found after housekeeping. She was so upset as it means a lot to her. However, Aewoo went above and beyond to assist us in locating it, and sent it back to our next checked-in hotel. The kindness and dedication shown Aewoo truly made a significant impact on our experience. Your efforts made our family feel valued and appreciated. Thank you once again for your outstanding service.
