Excellent service and hotel interior design. I had a lot of requests in advance of my stay and the team were very polite and made all requests happen. The restaurant MIO even created a vegetarian course menu for me. Very nice lake view and the food in the bar and breakfast was good as well. Just as you would expect from a five star hotel. I’ve stayed in multiple five star hotels in Seoul and the Sofitel was the best so far. I will be back soon.

All staff are so nice and politely. Specially Anne from Front Desk, IRD team, and concierge team are so great with greeting. Thanks so much for the arrangement for room upgrade, appreciate it and for sure will come back next time. Cleanness is wonderful and I guess HSKP did a great job too. This seems to be quite a popular boutique hotel among locals and foreigners. They were very kind and responsive to my numerous enquiries on the Booking.com messaging app. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's minimalist, chic, comfortable, and clean. Check-in is self-service - very easy and intuitive. Same goes for check-out. Location is superb as it's convenient yet quiet (in a small alley). Most importantly, the staff are so friendly and enthusiastic that it makes me so happy every time I interact with them. We had some troublesome requests such as luggage and bicycle storage but they are always so kind to try their best to support 🥹 I highly recommend GOYOO to anyone staying in Gangnam!

I liked the fact that it was located in the market area & was only a 10 minute walk to the train station. Check-out was at 12 p.m., which is quite late & was really handy, plus I could leave my suitcase at the reception until after 2 p.m. Spacious bathroom, comfy bed, clean, & quiet.

Great comfort! Spotless clean bathroom. Beautiful, modern design of the whole facility. Good location. Wonderful scent on the corridors! Last but not least, friendly and competent staff, who allowed us to leave the luggage while waiting for the flight back home.

- super convinent location; steps away from a major metro line and walking distance from COEX mall - the staff was super helpful and the hotel has clear signage everywhere if you need assistance - the room itself was amazing, lqrge enough for two people to spend time and not feel like they were in each other's pockets.
