The young couple are great hotel owners. Helped with everything from ordering tuk-tuks to buying airline tickets. Every request was answered immediately. Settled a dispute with the driver. The hotel is brand new, the rooms have everything you need, clean and quiet. I will come back here again on my next trip.

The hotel is a real gem in the center of Phnom Penh. The staff are excellent and super helpful. The rooms are a bit small, but they are comfortable, clean and the amenities are great. The bed is very comfortable. The décor and design are very nice and reminiscent of the French colony period so quite romantic in a simple way. The breakfast (not included in my package) is in the coffee shop, which is a super nice and relaxing area of the hotel on the ground floor. Excellent avocado toast and eggs. Staff super nice and great service. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there if I return to PNH.

Nice clean rooms, city view with a lovely rooftop bar with excellent food and very friendly staff. Great pool with comfortable sunbeds. In a nice quite street with enough restaurants and bars nearby. Would stay here again when in Phnom Penh.

This is probably one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The location is perfect; quiet and with a beautiful garden, but still quite central in the busy city that is Phnom-Penh. The personal approach, with a welcome drink, greeting by the owner, restaurant recommendations, friendly staff and the snack and robe waiting for you on the first night really add to the experience. The restaurant and breakfast area outside by the pool are amazing and the food is very fresh and tasty. Would recommend the french toast for breakfast! The rooms are very well decorated and despite some minor elements looking like they could use a slight touch up (paint in the room) they felt very well taken care of.

Very courteous and friendly staffs, from front counter to service. Hotel is well kept and got style. Bed is comfy and toilet is clean. Location is excellent, next to Aeon shopping mall. Allowed early check in as we arrived early at 11am and late checkout as our flight is in the late afternoon

We had a fantastic stay at the Bassac Signature! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The infinity pool offers an amazing view, and the breakfast was excellent – with options for every taste from around the world. The room was modern, well air-conditioned, and beautifully designed. The bathroom is high-end and stylish, inspired by Chinese design but perfectly suited to Western comfort. The location is very central and convenient. Highly recommended!
