Front office staff is very kind and always here to help us. The location is very nice and accommodation are spacious, clean and well equipped. Very nice stay 👍🏼 Swimming pool and fitness very convenient and clean too. There is also a Sauna but we didn’t tried yet. We’ll come back.

The breakfast was really excellent everyday. There was a good choice of local/ Asian/ continental offerings, including really nice fruit selection, crispy bacon, and good coffee. The breakfast room was also very spacious and a nice place to eat. The staff were professional, always helpful and were attentive and friendly. The food on both the room service menu and poolside and at dinner were reasonably priced for a hotel of that quality and was always good in terms of taste, portion size, and range. The room was very clean and had a super comfy bed. The location was really good for other restaurants, pharmacy, ATM etc. Also the rooftop is really pretty at night, and has a great view of the independence monument.

The hotel was filled with lemon grass fregrance, it made me happy and relaxing. The pools looks also excellent and provide a good time. The hotel was like kainds of resort even in the city. Breakfast was also nice!

The staff is amazing, you get greeted with Welcome home every time you get back. Being in an area with embassies, and on a private street, you need to be greeted at the gate and send off each time you come in/go out, but it didn’t bother me, it made the stay pleasant nevertheless.
